The apartment is conveniently located near the train station and ski lift, is clean and cozy with a well-equipped kitche

The apartment has a convenient location: it is within walking distance of the train station and the ski lift. The center of Saint-Gervais, with its cozy bakeries, is just a 5-10 minute drive away. We celebrated New Year’s Eve with friends and had a great time at this accommodation. The apartment is clean, cozy, and has all the necessary kitchenware. The check-in process was contactless, and pets are allowed, which was a big advantage for us since we traveled with our cat. The host was responsive and answered our questions quickly. It’s very convenient to take the train to Chamonix. There is free parking near the house, and a large store with all essentials is just a 10-minute drive away.

The first negative issue was that on the day of arrival, one of us received a strong electric shock in the living room while plugging in a charger. It was unpleasant and painful. The second issue is the presence of black mold. In the living room, there is a large mold stain behind the sofa, and there is also mold in the bathroom, which is very concerning for health.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious and is located in a quiet area just twenty minutes drive from Chamonix.

Our arrival at the apartment was quite surreal... in the kitchen there was a strange and loud beeping sound that echoed throughout all the house and a voice saying "low battery level". We tried to find out which of the appliances it was without success, so for two or three hours, and the sound was horrible. We tried to contact the owner and the phone number she provided was not available at any time, which seems to me unacceptable, since the only way of communication with her was through the booking.com chat, and it is not the fastest way to comunicate!!! Late at night we discovered that the sound came from inside a kitchen cupboard where, to our surprise, we found a smoke detector with a dead battery in a box. This was confirmed by the owner later telling us to change the battery but we didn't find any in the apartment, so we had no choice but to remove the battery. We don't know what the hell was doing a smoke detector hidden there when it should be hanging on the wall???

Nice apartment in a house

Nice and big apartment. Well equipped. Not very modern, some things were broken. Bathroom very clean, kitchen a little less clean Nicely located in quiet surroundings. 5 min by foot to restaurants, 20min by car to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Good value for money.

Airy, bright rooms.

Flying cooking pans were damaged and better to remove or replace. Toilets were smelly a bit. There was no light in the refrigerator. Neither TV nor wifi worked, but there were minor points and our stay was satisfactory in general.

Appartement spacieux.

Déçus par cet appartement. Certes spacieux mais …. Fauteuils cassés. État de propreté plus que moyen . Petite terrasse qui pourrait être sympathique sauf que immeuble au bord d’une route très passagère et bruyante . Route qui mène à St Gervais . Impossible donc de profiter du balcon. Immeuble avec jardin laissé à l’abandon … Donc un ressentiment de vétusté au global . Dommage . Voisins du dessus très bruyants car immeuble ancien . État de propreté en arrivant plus que négatif. Donc une déception surtout au regard du tarif . Au deuxième étage. A préciser. Trop bruyant Et manque de propreté. Donc un ressenti négatif vs l’ensemble des personnes présente.
