Bright airy spacious apartment

Comfortable apartment, walking distance to the cable car for a trip to St Gervais, great day trip to the lake, good stopover on our drive to Italy.

Finding the gate is a little tricky!

The apartment has a convenient location: it is within walking distance of the train station and the ski lift. The center of Saint-Gervais, with its cozy bakeries, is just a 5-10 minute drive away. We celebrated New Year’s Eve with friends and had a great time at this accommodation. The apartment is clean, cozy, and has all the necessary kitchenware. The check-in process was contactless, and pets are allowed, which was a big advantage for us since we traveled with our cat. The host was responsive and answered our questions quickly. It’s very convenient to take the train to Chamonix. There is free parking near the house, and a large store with all essentials is just a 10-minute drive away.

The first negative issue was that on the day of arrival, one of us received a strong electric shock in the living room while plugging in a charger. It was unpleasant and painful. The second issue is the presence of black mold. In the living room, there is a large mold stain behind the sofa, and there is also mold in the bathroom, which is very concerning for health.

Appartement spacieux.

Déçus par cet appartement. Certes spacieux mais …. Fauteuils cassés. État de propreté plus que moyen . Petite terrasse qui pourrait être sympathique sauf que immeuble au bord d’une route très passagère et bruyante . Route qui mène à St Gervais . Impossible donc de profiter du balcon. Immeuble avec jardin laissé à l’abandon … Donc un ressentiment de vétusté au global . Dommage . Voisins du dessus très bruyants car immeuble ancien . État de propreté en arrivant plus que négatif. Donc une déception surtout au regard du tarif . Au deuxième étage. A préciser. Trop bruyant Et manque de propreté. Donc un ressenti négatif vs l’ensemble des personnes présente.
