About this chalet rental

The bright 100m² cottage and modern comfort, scored 3 stars by the tourist office, located in a quiet place, not overlooked, close to the village center. It has among others, the advantage of a south-facing terrace and a large garden with private parking for 3 cars. Nearby (- 100m) from the bus stop (free) that leads to the gondola.
The chalet is heated by the ground and convectors are installed in each room. The chalet is also equipped with a wood stove in the living room for a more cozy atmosphere.
Pets are 'welcome'.

This chalet for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds. 2 bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower and two toilets. Avec 6 amis nous étions une semaine dans le logement, très spacieux et bien équipé pour 8 personnes, au-delà, ça deviendrait un peu serrer au niveau du confort mais faisable. Logement très fonctionnel. Accès aux stations contamines ou saint-gervais via navette ou également possible avec sa propre auto (hors semaine scolaire). Les hôtes et gérants sont très disponible et aident volontiers. Séjour au top!

Nous étions en famille et tous ont apprécié la semaine que nous venons de passer. L'accueil très arrangeant par Cathy . La propreté du chalet et sa fonctionnalité. la proximité de l'arrêt de la navette. le jardin enneigé pour les enfants. le local chauffé pour faire sécher les chaussures , parkas et gants. il ne manque rien en vaisselle et appareils ménagers. Les matelas sont confortables. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain

Le chalet est très bien situé, au calme et proche de toutes commodités. La région est très belle et de nombreuses balades sont à faire. En une semaine nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout faire. Je recommande vivement ce logement vraiment très agréable.

Joli chalet mais ne me semble pas du tout adapté pour 10 personnes sauf au niveau couchage. Manque de chaises et de confort au salon comme sur la terrasse. Il y avait une fuite à la douche et l'accroche pour le pommeau était casé, il manquait des ampoules aux luminaires...

A 50 de l’arrêt navette. Chalet bien équipé. Nous étions 9. Super exposition au sud avec belle terrasse/balcon et belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Pas de wifi mais nous n’en avions pas besoin. Procédure d’entrée et sortie flexible avec le contact du propriétaire.

Nous étions 7 adultes. Parfait. Par contre, la capacité étant de 10 personnes, il faudrait revoir le nombre et la taille des poêles et casseroles. Très juste. Tous avons été surpris par le manque de ménage et/ou propreté. Les sanitaires étaient propre mais toutes les chambres étaient extrêmement poussiéreuses (couche de poussière énorme sur les poutres, toiles d'araignees ), la ventilation de la cuisine refoule de la graisse qui coule sur le lambris, les murs et radiateurs étaient couverts de taches, les sous-taies et alèzes de lit pas nettoyées, les sols de la pièce principale, de la salle de bain du haut et du bas pas serpillés. Puisqu'il y a un poêle à bois, en prévoir un petit stock. Le descriptif de la location ne correspond pas à la réalité ( sèche-cheveux ?, lecteur DVD ?, chaîne hi-fi ?.) Et pour finir, il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux, ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie. Ceci dit le chalet est superbement placé.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! Le chalet est conforme à l’annonce et très fonctionnel. Et la vue est exceptionnelle !! Il ne manque plus que la wifi pour que ce soit parfait 😉 ! La navette est proche du chalet mais attention elle ne passe que toutes les 20 minutes. Les propriétaires sont joignables facilement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce chalet. L'accès aux pistes par la navette gratuite à 100m est vraiment idéal. Le village est à 2mn de voiture et on peut s'y garer facilement pour faire quelques courses. Le chalet est bien aménagé et bien équipé. Seul bémol, il manque un canapé (des assises confortables) pour pouvoir se détendre. Sinon, vaisselle, chambres, disposition globale, tout est très bien. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

le chalet est très bien agencé et très agréable pour passer un bon séjour.. étant quinqua, nous avons juste trouvé la literie de l'étage un peu trop basse mais ça a été quand même... la proximité d'un chalet juste derrière celui-ci peut poser souci si les gens sont bruyants mais nous n'avons eu heureusement personne.... nous pensons y revenir ...

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce chalet tout en bois (ou presque !), parfaitement bien agencé. Nous étions 8 et personne ne s'est senti à l'étroit : il y a de la place pour ranger vestes, chaussures, sacs, équipements sportifs et provisions pour la semaine ... Petit balcon pour boire le café au soleil avec vue sur le glacier et jardin bien entretenu. Commerces tous proches et bonne situation par rapport à St Gervais, Chamonix. C'est le paradis des randonneurs ... Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement et très gentiment à nos différentes demandes.

Joli chalet, idéal pour des vacances en famille, nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants, nous avions assez de la place ( 4 chambres , 2 salles de bain, 2 wc 1 grande pièce à vivre lumineuse, donnant sur le balcon) Calme, a 15 minutes des commerces a pieds, Fonctionnel, bien équipé, il manquait le DVD, le sèche cheveux Beau jardin ou les enfants ont pu jouer Propriétaire a l écoute Merci pour cette semaine, il manquait juste le soleil !

Chalet chaleureux, bien équipé et bien aménagé pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Situation proche de la station avec très belle vue et bien exposé au soleil. Navette à proximité, idéal tant pour se rendre sur les pistes, les lieux de balades ou faire une petite course. Le jardin a été très apprécié pour les tous petits. Simplicité et convivialité , nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces vacances à la neige. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. céline
