MONT BLANC CHALET IN LARGE PARK

High above Saint Gervais, at an altitude of 1300m, with magnificent views of the Mont Blanc range, this mountain chalet, nestled in a vast mountain field where raspberries and wild strawberries grow, will offer you serenity for your stay. The chalet is close to all amenities and next to a quiet mountain restaurant with family-friendly prices. The location is ideal for relaxation and/or hikes in the mid-mountains. It is a 20-minute drive from Megève, 40 minutes from Geneva, and 50 minutes from Chamonix (glaciers). It is possible to access the chalet without a car thanks to the free shuttle that runs every hour and stops 30 meters from the chalet. Description: Large private parking area that can accommodate up to 5 cars. The first level of the chalet contains a large open-plan living area with a sofa, an open-plan kitchen, and a table for 6 (a second folding table is available). A staircase then leads up to the two bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom contains two very comfortable, new mattresses. Returning to the first floor, on the right in a hallway: a shower room, then opening onto the hallway, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and further back into the hallway, a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Also opening onto the hallway, a second bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The toilet is at the end of the hallway. The chalet is fully furnished and equipped: for example: dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 5 hotplates, 1 microwave, 2 coffee makers; fondue set; The land slopes and the basement opens onto a lawn with 2 barbecues and breathtaking mountain views; the private forest offers numerous opportunities for games and building dens for adults and children. In the summer, we allow gatherings and parties, including family reunions, with rates adjusted according to the number of guests if there are more than 8. There are 5 additional mattresses available. The chalet is self-catering to limit additional costs. If you wish to hire a cleaning agency, addresses are available. to limit worries between stays, I do not recommend using the sheets and towels stored in the chalet, but renting them in the village.

The chalet is self-managed to limit additional costs. If you wish to pay a cleaning agency, addresses are available; to limit problems between stays, I advise against using the sheets and towels stored in the chalet, but rather renting them in the village.

If you wish not to use your car, direct telepherique and free bus from Saint Gervais Le Fayet station. 800m away from all shops and next to a restaurant.
