About this chalet rental
Imagine a place where the silence is broken only by the gentle sound of the stream, where children play freely and safely, and where every gaze is lost in a breathtaking panorama of the mountains… Welcome to your exceptional chalet in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. All-inclusive price, linens, towels, except cleaning fee payable upon arrival (€260). A small hamlet consisting of two houses (only one is used) offering complete privacy. Access is via a private road. The property sits on 2 hectares of land with a stream, waterfall, small natural pool, alpine pasture, and forest. The fully renovated chalet overlooks the village and enjoys a unique location, both secluded and close to everything. The hamlet is set back from the road, ensuring no noise pollution. The village is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to easily enjoy Saint-Gervais. The ski lifts, which you can see from the chalet, are a 7-minute drive away. With its 240 m², completely renovated in 2025 and put into service in 2026, the chalet comfortably accommodates families and friends in a warm atmosphere (8 people). The chalet consists of: On the first floor: Entrance, large games room (60m2) with bay window overlooking the forest, foosball, darts, traditional Harvia sauna, dry and humid heat, ski room + washing machine.
On the 1st floor:
Large living room (40m2) with bay window offering panoramic views of the village, the Aravis mountain range and the ski area. Fireplace, dining room, kitchen with bay window, WC/shower. On the 2nd floor: South-facing bedroom (16m²), 180x200cm bed, window + skylight, parquet flooring, wood walls. North-facing bedroom (16m²), 180x200cm bed, window + skylight, parquet flooring, wood walls. South/west-facing bedroom (15m²), two 90x200cm beds, window + skylight, parquet flooring, wood walls. Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink, mirror. North/west-facing bedroom (30m²), 180x200cm bed, bathroom, toilet, shower, windows + skylight, parquet flooring, wood walls wood.

We have just returned from a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Our booking was quickly confirmed and communication from the owner was excellent. On the day of arrival we had clear directions about the check in process and Jeff was waiting for us on the roadside when we arrived to make sure we did not miss the driveway.The location is fantastic. High up with stunning views all around of the mountains and the valley floor. The chalet feels very private without being remote and the town is just at the bottom of the hill.Inside, the chalet is very comfortable and modern and spacious. It was immaculately clean and had everything we wanted. We needed to work for a couple of days and the wifi connection was excellent. In short, the property was exactly what we hoped for and we would definitely book again.
