Finca Monica is located near La Matanza de Acentejo. There is hardly a more perfectly located and beautiful place on the island. Here you can enjoy real Canarian life. The finca offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Mount Teide and the city of Puerto de la Cruz. And a special tip - enjoy the unforgettable sunsets on the finca.
50 square meter loft apartment, ideal for two people, maximum for 4 people.
Double bed with spring mattress, sofa (can be used as an additional double bed), kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, dining table, bathroom, unlimited WiFi, large sun terrace, access to the pool and parking.
The apartment has been lovingly restored. You have an incredible view of Puerto de la Cruz, the sea and the Teide.

The sun-drenched location at the lower end of La Matanza guarantees you the best weather and a wonderful view. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can quickly reach your desired destination.
The Romeo apartment covers approx. 50 m2, the private terrace 84 m2. The finca extends over several terraces on over 2,000 m2.
The swimming pool is always available.
February to November: 95 euros (per night, for 2 people)
December to January: 125 euros (per night, for 2 people)

We had a lovely week at the beautiful apartment. Everything you read in the reviews is true. 5 stars and more!! The views are magnificent...Monika and Martin are the best hosts. So don't hesitate to make a booking...it is the best place to be if you want to explore the north of the island.
