Cosy Rural Apartment with Sea and Teide Views
This bright 57 m² apartment offers spectacular views of the ocean and the imposing Teide from the north of Tenerife. Its origin gives it a special charm: the owners, dedicated to avocado cultivation, transformed an old agricultural warehouse in 2009 to create this small and well-maintained complex of just eight homes. The result is an accommodation perfectly integrated into its natural surroundings, designed for those seeking rest and authenticity.
Located on the first floor of the building, the apartment allows you to enjoy panoramic views from both its comfortable interior and its private balcony. Tastefully decorated, it has capacity to accommodate up to three people and, if you travel as a family, we have a cot and high chair available upon request. For your total comfort, the property features central heating, internet connection, safe and satellite television. Its practical gas American-style kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the necessary utensils for everyday use.
The exterior of the property, completely fenced and surrounded by spacious gardens, offers excellent shared facilities. You can relax in the pleasant heated communal swimming pool, prepare outdoor meals in the barbecue area or take a stroll around the grounds with complete peace of mind, and also benefit from private outdoor parking for your vehicle.

although only 2 mins from the main road it was like staying in a remote tropical oasis, with the only sounds being birds singing. Fantastic view over the sea. Heated pool that could be enjoyed even in March. Facilities around pool and bbq areas very good. Lovely well equipped/furnished accommodation and secure with electronic gates.

We loved our stay at San Diego! The appartment is big and clean and the view.. ah, the view was stunning! We had appt. 1 (firts floor) and had a great view at the ocean, the El Teide and the swimming pool. A lovely place to rest and relax. You'll need a car to get around. Everything is within driving distance. Would go back any time. Loved it.
