About this apartment rental
This pleasant and bright 57 m² apartment is located within a peaceful avocado estate in the north of Tenerife, next to the village of La Matanza de Acentejo. It is part of a small rural complex of only eight homes, offering a warm and relaxing environment with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Despite its tranquillity, it enjoys excellent road connectivity to easily access beaches, cities and commercial areas of the island.
The accommodation, tastefully furnished and designed to comfortably accommodate up to three people, is laid out on a single ground-floor level. This practical ground-floor location places it very close to the bathroom area. Additionally, it features a spacious private terrace equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing in the open air. For those travelling with family, we facilitate accommodation by providing a cot and high chair for babies upon request.
The interior is designed to guarantee comfort at any time of year, highlighting its central heating system. The living room has internet connection, television with international satellite channels, DVD player and safe. It integrates perfectly with a practical gas American kitchen, which is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and all the small appliances and utensils necessary for everyday use.
The exterior plot is completely fenced and features landscaped areas. As a guest, you will have access to the excellent shared facilities on the estate, which include a heated communal swimming pool, barbecue area and open-air parking.
Regarding its location, the apartment is just two kilometres from the centre of La Matanza, where you will find supermarkets and services, as well as the bathing area of El Caletón. The popular sandy beach of Mesa del Mar is about seven kilometres away, the El Peñón golf course is ten kilometres away, and Teide National Park is 50 kilometres away. For your arrival and departure, Tenerife North Airport is very accessible, situated at a convenient journey of just 15 kilometres.

We had a wonderful week in the farm property. The apartment is clean, functional, tastefully decorated and with ocean views! The outside is paradise with the pool and a very pleasant common area in the middle of a well maintained local vegetation. The site is very quiet and at the same time very close to the motorway. Maria and the owner of the place welcomed us with a sincere smile. Thank you !
Perhaps you could install a dishwasher rather than a washing machine.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement très confortable avec une très belle terrasse en rez-de-jardin, face à la mer la température de la piscine était excellente, le jardin magnifique tant au niveau de la situation que l'agencement le coin abrité avec salon et coin repas avec barbecue est très bien pensé. Et tout ceci avec une vue mer, une vue magnifique. Merci encore au gérant très aimable et souriant
