Cozy house with sea view in la Matanza de Acentejo situated within our avocato farm on Tenerife´s Northern Shore with a sun set view over the ocean.
The house is 30 year old, but has been totally renovated. The style is quite modern with scandinavian and indonesian look and feel.
Two bedrooms (4 people and extra bed for the 5th. person) and a single full bath-room. A Great living room, full of natural light, with sea-sunset view. The terrace is huge and it has sun beds, tables and chairs. On one side you can have breakfast under the sunrise, and on the other, you can have dinner while contemplating the marvellous sunset.
There is a new TV with satélite chanels, internet, heating, and full kitchen...
It shares a solar-gas heated swimming pool with 8 little apartment’s that are close to it.
Depending on the season, we welcome you with our farm produced bananas, papayas, avocado, passion fruit, dragon fruit...
Although very close (one minute) to the most important road on the island, you are in the country side, and the silence is only broken by the sound of the birds.
We recommend it for people who appreciate a beautiful and quiet place to escape.

It is nicely furnished, is very luminous, and has 90 m². It has views to the sea and to the mountain.
It is located 1000 m from Puente Autopista bus station, 2000 m from La Matanza de Acentejo city, 2000 m from Altesa supermarket, 2000 m from El Caletón rock beach, 2.50 km from Hiper Dino supermarket, 4 km from Rojas rock beach, 7 km from Mesa del Mar sand beach, 10 km from El Boyuyo sand beach, 10 km from El Peñón golf course, 15 km from El socorro sand beach, 15 km from Tenerife Norte airport, 27 km from Las Teresitas sand beach, 75 km from Golf del Sur golf course, 75 km from Amarilla Golf golf course, 80 km from Tenerife Sur airport, 100 km from Siam Park water park. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area.

Hard to leave this wonderfull place!really nice house with beautifull view on sea but also Teide (when there is no clouds...)and top service. for every little problem someone come to fix it so rapidely and with smile.all people are so sweet.definitively a great adress!

We stayed 19 nights in the house with our children, we liked it very much, because the finca is very nice with a nice pool and a fantastic view. The house offers everything we needed for our stay.
We lack a small playground, on the fincanearby, for the kids, that would have been perfect.
We would definitely come back, because the finca is very nice with children, maybe there is already a small playground on the finca.

Ha sido un paraíso. Nos ha encantado. Fuimos para 4 días y pedimos quedarnos mas, lamentablemente, ya no había sitio. Super recomendable
