Apartment with Heated Swimming Pool and Indonesian Furniture
This beautiful and bright 64 m² apartment is the ideal place to enjoy fantastic family holidays on the north coast of Tenerife. Located in La Matanza de Acentejo, it is nestled within a peaceful avocado plantation. Built in 2009 and furnished with great taste, the property stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and warm décor, which includes exclusive wooden furniture brought directly from Indonesia. From its rooms you can enjoy pleasant side views of both the sea and the mountains.
The interior is perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate up to five people in its two spacious bedrooms. To ensure your wellbeing at any time of year, it has central heating, internet connection, safe and television with international satellite channels. The living area is completed with a practical gas American kitchen equipped with everything necessary for long stays: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and small appliances. Furthermore, if you are travelling with the youngest members of the family, we facilitate your rest by providing a cot and high chair upon request.
The property is part of a complex rural care facility of eight dwellings situated on a large completely fenced plot. As a guest, you will have access to fabulous communal gardens and a wonderful shared heated swimming pool, whose surroundings offer spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The estate also has a common barbecue area for enjoying outdoor meals and private parking for your vehicle.
Despite the calm that pervades this rural environment, the apartment enjoys an excellent road connection. Just two kilometres away you will find supermarkets, the urban centre of La Matanza and the bathing area of El Caletón. If you fancy spending the day on the coast, the popular beach of Mesa del Mar is about seven kilometres away, the El Peñón golf course is ten kilometres away, and Tenerife North Airport is situated at a comfortable and quick journey of 15 kilometres by car.

We had the apartment 7, this was very clean and spacious. Everything you need was there. We stayed 2 weeks and the apartment was cleaned once in that period, towels changed, etc. Big thank to Maria, she is so diligent in all she does.
The apartment has a lovely terrace where we could eat and two lounge chairs and play area for our daughters (3 and 5 years old).
Location is quite remote, so you definitely need a car to be there, but once you arranged this, everything else is within reach. From the common / pool area it was a wonderful view on El Teide and the sunsets are really spectacular. Also nice views towards Puerto de la Cruz from the garden.
Good beds and large living area.
We especially liked the window shutters, that allow to make the room completely dark, very handy for a good night sleep.
We missed some child friendly glasses, cutlery, etc. Maybe an idea to have some plastic glases, cutlery, etc, would make it easier for the kids.
