Nice rooms right on the beach. The kids loved the pool area and if you like working out the gym is definitely a plus!

Great food and friendly staff. Excellent wifi, efficient cleaners; great pool and tables over the ocean. Staff quickly tried to fix unstable toilet seat but still not 100%.
Very small room. Music in restaurant area very very loud, no break from it for us oldies (60 years) and bad choice of music most of the time trying to get a vibe happening when most people come to Lembongan to relax and chill out. Map doesn't show you how far it is to get to Shipwrecks and how difficult. Couldn't see ocean from the pool because of the stupid block seating that no one sits at....more maintenance in bathroom needed, toilet seat was unstable.

We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The bean bag lounges overlooking the water were a great place to relax. Having a gym and sauna, pool and cold bath was also good. The staff were so lovely and the food there was also good, better than we were expecting.
The room was the downfall for us. The shower would go cold after only a minute for the first 4 nights and after many attempts, they finally got it sorted for us on the last night. The small fridge in the room stopped working after the second day too which they said they would fix but didn't. There was also no TV in the room whIch I didn't realise when I booked. Small room, not a 1 bedroom apartment as advertised.
