Architect's Triplex - Haut Marais

Un petit tresor! A charming three-level flat within the gated Passage du Desir, it is only a twelve minute walk from Gare du Nord, a six minute walk from Gare l'Est and a twenty-five minute walk from the Louvre or Isle de la Cite. My fiancee and I stayed five nights (our first stay in Paris) and felt privileged to come home each evening to such a beautiful, safe and well-maintained property. Highly recommended.

Some of the adjoining units were as of May, 2026 being rehabbed, resulting in a little bit of daytime noise. The unit is almost more vertical than horizontal; the staircase to the kitchen is indeed something of a challenge to even the fittest of individuals, just be aware of this going in so it will not prove an issue. Towels and linens could have been higher quality, but these are all minor qualms; having read so many horror stories of other rentals I believe this property to be a hidden gem of the 10th Arrondissement.

Propreté irréprochable, emplacement près du métro et quartier sympa. Équipement de la cuisine correct.

Deux escaliers très abrupts difficiles pour certaines personnes à utiliser. Apparemment un peu rikiki pour 4 personnes. Serviettes de bain « fatiguées ».

Loved this place. Great location and so cute inside. Best stay ever.
