About this apartment rental
Enjoy this fabulous 130m2 accommodation with your family, which offers good times just a stone's throw from the Canal St Martin.
It is located in the heart of the village st martin, and in the heart of Paris in one of the most lively areas. You will find many restaurants and bars a few meters away. It is also surrounded by several theaters and cinemas and shops
2 steps from 3 metro stations République, Jacques-Bonsergent, Strasbourg St Denis near gare du nord and gare de l'est.
The accommodation
The apartment is large 130m2, very well located in the center of Paris and you can go to several places on foot if you like to walk. It is on the 3rd floor of an Art Deco building with an elevator. Overlooking the street on one side and the courtyard on the other, this apartment is very bright.

You can also visit Paris more widely thanks to the lines of metro 4, 5, 8, 9 and taking you directly to the heart of the city in a few minutes

Our family couldn’t have been happier at Enzo’s. The location was fantastic, central and convenient but also authentic and not teeming with tourists. There is an elevator, which was essential for my mother and aunt, who are in their 80’s. The apartment was also comfortable and fn for my young daughters. Enzo was absolutely lovely and was ultra available and helpful. What a sweet memory. I hope we can return!

We had the loveliest stay at Enzo’s apartment. The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and full of natural light. Enzo was very helpful throughout. Our flight arrived early and he was very kind to keep our luggage while the apartment was being made ready for us. This apartment is a hidden gem and I strongly recommend it.
