Appartement République

We got the keys from an off-site location.

The apartment is really beautiful! The location is amazing and you can easily approach the metro. There are many cozy places all around this area where you can eat and have a good time. The apartment is very clean and really pleasant. Our holidays were amazing and our hostess, Joyce , was very kind , helpful and polite. Thank you so much !

The apartment is very spacious although the bedrooms are quite small. There are two large communal spaces with sofa and armchairs and a table big enough for 8 people. It is situated on a busy street with lots of restaurants around and shops and supermarkets. There is very easy and quick access to all the major sights by bus or metro just a few minutes walk from the apartment.The communication with Joyce at Centre Paris was excellent. She was very helpful and always responded promptly to my messages.

The only downside was that there was only 1 toilet. There is a large bathroom in the basement area with a bidet but no toilet. We knew this at the start so it's not a complaint -just for information. There were 7 of us in the apartment - a second toilet would have been more use than the bidet ! It is quite noisy at night - but again if you want to be in the heart of the city , you can't complain about the noise !

Sehr gute zentrale Lage

Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig Der Innenraum des Geschirrspülers war schwarz (Schimmel?), die Waschmaschine hat sich selbst bewegt und scheint nicht korrekt ausgerichtet, der Trockner hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das innenliegende Bad hat an sehr vielen Stellen Schimmelspuren aufgezeigt. Die Sitzstühle war teilweise schon gesprungen Für den Gesamtpreis von weit über 2000 EURO wird hier definitiv mehr erwartet.
