Great location close to metro and a supermarket. Nice bistro across the road, perfect for brunch. Clean comfortable bedrooms. An excellent base to explore Paris.
The lounge only has one sofa, so not ideal to relax in when the group is large.

Location, clean and spacious
The shower was a bit dangerous for elderly people. The bar table wasn’t that comfortable for eating.

Location excellent
Shower was very strange. We arrived and the sink was clogged, was fixed but then the water backed up in the shower & this was taken care of. For a 3 bedroom with a small shower & one toilet will be a bit inconvenient if 6 people were staying there.
