Cosy apat with AC -3BR- 8P- Canal Saint-Martin

Excellent stay - the apartment was beautiful, as described, amenities were good, spacious, great location, exceeded expectations. Staff was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Paris with a larger group.

Minor, but if I had make recommendations, mirrors in the bedrooms would be appreciated, some additional pillows, conditioner, and the coffee table + dining table are large and difficult to move around in the living room.

The apartments exceeded our expectations. The 3 bedrooms were a good size- 3 double beds, 3 shower rooms and 2 toilets! Each bedroom had a little balcony/reading nook--a great place to people watch. The apartment was very modern, had air-conditioning and heating. Great dining table with banquet seating. Once we were inside the apartment we didn't hear the hustle and bustle of street around us. Walked to different boulangeries every morning to get breakfast. Location was fantastic in that it was 2 mins from Gare de l'est and about 10mins walk from Gare du Nord. The area is very busy so keep that in mind when booking, however, it also meant that the apartments location had good transport links. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and boulangeries around the area. Canal St Martin was about a 12 minute walk. Don't be put off by the initial entrance to the property. Shoutout to Zach who handed us our keys and gave us a little tour of the apartment.

There is a small ant problem in the kitchen which they are addressing. This didn't affect us as we didn't leave any food out.

부모님 친구분 세 커플이 여행하셨습니다. 우선 여행 전부터 여행 끝까지 친절하고 세심하게 챙겨주시는 호스트 덕분에 든든하고 감사했습니다. 파리 동역에서 매우 가까워서 나이드신 분들이 캐리어 끌고 이동하시기에 편했습니다. 내부는 부킹닷컴 내 사진(모델링) 이미지와 똑같았습니다. 깨끗한 침실, 화장실, 부엌에 부모님께서 매우 만족해하셨습니다. 처음에 예약할 때는 안전한 구역이 아닌가 하고 다소 걱정했지만. 부모님께서 여행하는 내내 그런 불편없이 즐겁게 여행하셨습니다. 좋은 숙소 감사합니다!

Dass es 3 Duschen gab, war praktisch. Die Nähe zur Metro ebenfalls.

Das Treppenhaus war extrem verdreckt und hat gestunken, da der Müll dort gelagert wurde. Die Zimmer waren z. T. sehr klein. Eines der Zimmer war derart kalt und laut, weil man den Straßenlärm durch die nicht zu verschließenden Lamellen in der Kammer der Klimaanlage hören musste. Normalerweise hätten wir dieses Zimmer abgelehnt, da wir zu sechst waren, wurde es aber benötigt.
