Air con! Definitely a lifesaver while visiting during the heatwave. Steps from the metro, making traveling around the city a breeze. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Hosts were easy to communicate with for any questions.

Can get noisy at night due to proximity to metro/road - bring earplugs if sensitive to sound.

The apartment itself was comfortable and provided enough space for our group. One of the biggest advantages is the location's convenience—it is very close to a major train station and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore Paris. The hosts were excellent. They were very responsive and thoughtful, checking in with us regularly throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Their communication and hospitality were truly appreciated.

The neighborhood was not our favorite part of the experience. The area was quite noisy, especially at night, with people gathering outside late into the evening and sometimes after midnight. As visitors unfamiliar with the area, we did not always feel comfortable walking around after dark and generally preferred to return to the apartment before nighttime.

Un séjour absolument parfait! J’ai passé un moment exceptionnel dans cet établissement. Tout était pensé pour le confort des voyageurs : les chambres était impeccables, lumineuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le lit était ultra confortable, et les petites attentions à l’arrivée ont vraiment fait la différence. L’emplacement est idéal : calme, mais proche de tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter pleinement de Paris. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil : l’hôte a été disponible, bienveillant et très professionnel, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! C’est une appartement à garder précieusement — j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.
