Pick A Flat's Apartement in Saint-Martin - Rue du faubourg Saint-Martin

Appartamento molto funzionale per 5 persone. Camere da letto ben separate e divano letto super funzionale. Sala molto spaziosa. Un servizio completo con doccia + un servizio con wc e lavandino piccolo: ottima soluzione per più persone. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Direi nulla da segnalare di negativo. Un suggerimento: predisporre dei fori verso l'esterno per l'utilizzo dei due clima tupo pinguino messi a disposizione, così da non dover tenere la finestra aperta.

Nice spacious flat with 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. 2 Bathrooms. Walking distance from good restaurants. Close to Metro 4,8,9 and bus stop very close. Good indoor parking two blocks away at Gare de l’Est. Old but good house, nice neighbours. Flat is newly renovated. Staff at the Pick a flat company responded very quickly and was very good. Good Internet. 3 good fans, washing machine and clothes rack, ironing and hairdryer. There are free standing A/C machines with air hoses that can be routed outside through the windows, but we didn’t use them. Windows towards the street needs to be kept closed due to noise, but have good sound proofing. Windows towards the courtyard provide good cool air at night.

Cleaning could be much better, nobody had cleaned under the beds for months. One of the bathrooms smells a bit from the sewage (probably a bad seal). Some broken lights and switches etc. Beds, kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nice. Area is quite noisy and a bit run down. Mostly west African neighbourhood. You need to be used to this, we had no problems. Quite annoying security deposit of 800€ via a separate service.

2 grandes chambres, literie OK, salle de bains isolée des chambres, 2 WC. Remise des clés facile, explications précises. Proximité du métro à 300m. Qq commerces à proximité + marche couvert + café / bars.

Malgré le double vitrage, le bruit de la route dans les chambres.

The self-check-in was well explained with pictures and therefore very easy. The flat is large, bright, very clean, cosily furnished, has lots of windows, large, comfortable beds and a very comfortable sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are plentiful and spotlessly clean, there is a shower room with WC and an additional WC in a separate room. The bedrooms are large with proper walls and window and door. We all felt totally at home in this flat. Very nice, inviting courtyard. Bakery only a few metres away. The flat is 500 metres from Gare de l'Est and 200 metres from Chateau d'Eau metro station. From there you can reach the Ile de la Cité in only 8 minutes (6 stops) by metro 4.

The only negative: noise from the street, even at night, but with earplugs you can't hear anything :-)
