Stylish 2 Bedroom Apartment in Paris

Very spacious apartment, bigger than I thought it was going to be. Modern, freshly renovated, the kitchen has everything, there’re lot of clean sheets and towels to replace for a longer stay, nice AC, shower facilities are great too. Staff has been checking on if everything was good, easy communication, smooth instructions and the building and communal area well maintained and safe.

At some point during the stay someone supposedly from the cleaning team came in while I was sleeping, he then said he got mistaken but that was a bit uncomfortable. I saw a little rat in the kitchen. The neighbourhood itself is a bit dodgy, but very central still. Despite all no major issues.

It was clean and bright and had everything we needed.

There was no microwave.

The flat is clean, modern and well located. As others have said it's not a 90 sqm flat but I knew that before going so it's not an issue.

The flat can be a bit noisy, hearing noise from the street. Also you can hear noise from the neighbours (especially if you sleep in the living room). This is because this flat is actually a part of what was originally a bigger flat that got split into multiple units, and the walls splitting the units are not very sound proofing. A microwave would have been nice (but note that there's an oven and pans to cook). The company that manages the flat is slow to reply via the Booking.com chat, and their answers were irrelevant to my questions. The boiler was broken when we arrived at the flat so there was no hot water. We informed the staff in the evening around 11pm and the boiler was changed by 3pm on the day after so this was good and quite fast. However I had to call the support many times to ensure that a technician comes to fix it and then to get news about the fix.

Appartamento luminoso, pulito, arredato con moderna semplicità ma accogliente e funzionale. Al terzo piano è dotato di ascensore e collocato in una zona servita molto bene dalla metropolitana (la stazione sotto casa di Strasbourg St. Denis ha 3 linee). A poche decine di metri anche un supermercato discount e comunque panifici e brasserie

1. L'appartamento è dichiarato di 98 m2 ma non era più grande di 50 m2 2. Il divano letto che noi abbiamo utilizzato - eravamo infatti 6 ospiti - era molto scomodo con un materasso sottilissimo. Assolutamente inadatto a dormirci 4 notti. 3. Malissimo l'accoglienza. Il personale dell'albergo dove dovevamo ritirare le chiavi dell'appartamento ci ha fatto aspettare quasi un'ora a tarda notte perché non trovava la nostra prenotazione. Nessuna assistenza dall'host e da Booking che non era raggiungibile. Una volta capito il problema ci ha consegnato le chiavi senza saperci indicare l'immobile che distava comunque circa 500 metri dal punto di ritiro.
