Locating the keys, that was hard. The name on booking.com is Prince Edward "T" Where does that come from, "mansions" is labelled outside

Sea Point rocks......just do it!!!!

We are living in Cape Town but love to hangout in Sea Point.......the location thus is excellent. The facility is well-equipped and caters for all your needs. We are a family of 3, and the unit offers more than enough space.

It was a mission to get through all the gates with all our luggage.

Nice view from the apartment.

I was very shocked and disappointed that I was charged an extra R500 plus for a cleaning fee and new bedding, which was for after my stay. The host does not disclose that the cleaning fee is for check out and you are automatically charged. I have never had to pay extra for cleaning which was on check out. if that was inclusive in the price I would have booked a better accommodation, (this is like false advertising) The bed sofa was not made(even though I did communicate this) so we only had one blanket, the heater plug was melted and left in the cupboard, the 2nd heater kept tripping off, the toaster tripped the main switch, my friend could have got hurt. Terrible communication from Host, I clearly stated that I would be at the place at 3pm for check given the host were strict on arrival time, but they did not communicate this to their offices and I was very stressed out waiting for the person to arrive with my keys, after 6 emails I finally got a message that they will be there at 5pm to hand over the keys. I had to call the office and request that they bring the keys now, they only arrived with the key after 4pm. I had to wait at the entrance gate, with my bags this really made the other residents upset and nervous. The check out process is also an inconvenience, since I was told that I need to drop the keys off at an address after a few messages they agreed that I lave the keys in the unit of check out.

Nice location, but disappointment init

Location and equipment of the apartment You felt safe with the multiple locks and gated entrances

Load shedding was at times when it was most needed. Sometimes even the whole evening from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m or in the morning. I know it's not the owners fault but I've never had it to this exaggerated level in my entire stay in Cape Town. The condition of the apartment was so-so. Many premises had chipped paint, cracked walls and ceilings. I'll come to the bathroom separately. In addition, the available items such as clothes racks and irons were in very poor condition. In addition, the apartment has very big problems with moisture and mold (especially in the bathroom). The stains became more every day even though I aired it. I think that was one of the reasons I woke up with a cough on the first day.

Unfortunately, this property is managed unprofessionally which was really disappointing: - The check in and check out process was poorly communicated and made difficult for us - The fan in the bedroom didn't work and this affected our sleep - The host was indifferent when we raised the issues above Overall, we expected a lot more for the price that we paid.

Lovely stay with incredible ocean and promenade views

The incredible view, Well appointed kitchen with huge fridge and freezer.Convenience of being a block away from Myciti Bus station. Beautifully decorated with original artworks.

Dining chairs VERY unstable and need repairs! A little under-equipped to deal with Loadshedding : had gas stove, but needed some form of emergency lighting. Too few dustbin bags, kitchen towels and washing sponges provided. No Oven mitts provided. TV in the lounge area would be nice

Location and views. Comfortable apartment.

The location, the views, nice big fridges, clean, nice big shower, good water pressure in shower. Big TV. Lots of cutlery and plates. Nice size mugs. The coffee was good. Although it is self catering they still came past asked if we need more toilet paper, soaps coffee, rusks etc. Thanks for that. Never had any issues with parking. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location & apartment let down by communication and convenience

Great location and apartment!

No response to WhatsApp queries prior to stay. Key collection arranged and still had to wait for 45 minutes for the agent to arrive. Guests also expected to drop the key off at a different location if checking out before 10am. For extended stay, guests are expected to change their own linen (incorrect size linen dropped off and no arrangement can be made for time - housekeeper is able to use a key if guests feel comfortable)

Location is amazing. Big wide open windows to see and smell the sea was the highlight of my stay. Bed was very comfy. I liked the smart TV.

I didn't like that there was not TV in the living area. The guy was a little late bringing the key, but he did apologize. No designated parking. Parking always full.
