Please note the Body Corporate requires all guests to adhere to the following rules:
Noise Control – Keep noise levels low. No loud music, parties, or disturbances, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Pool Use – The pool is for residents and their guests only. No music, topless/nude sunbathing, or disruptive behavior. Misconduct may result in access restrictions.
Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, including stairwells and landings.
Parking – Guests may only park in designated visitor bays for a maximum of 24 hours.
Common Areas – No playing, skateboarding, or loitering in stairwells, landings, or parking areas.
Braais (BBQs) – Allowed only on private patios, with minimal smoke and odor affecting neighbors.
Refuse Disposal – Dispose of trash properly in designated bins and avoid leaving waste in common areas.
Please note the apartment is not suitable for young children.
Security – Access to the building is controlled. Guests must follow security procedures and respect privacy.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.
