Shower drain (needed unblocking)

We have stayed at the apartment 3 times now simply because of the amazing location and view. There is always some sort of a problem, this time it was 1 room with broken air conditioning and one room where it barely worked; hosts were very responsive to all of my messages but no resolution was found whilst we were there which made 1 of the 2 bedrooms unuseable for the duration of our stay simply because of the heat. Despite all the regular problems we would stay there again just because of the location and the ease of accessing the property. I would say you are paying more for the location and views than the amenities in the apartment.

Smelly shower drains, air con units faulty, cluttered stairs to get into the back of the property; we had to move about 10 cardboard boxes to get out of the apartmemnt one morning as a delivery driver had completely blocked the stairs.

Location is excellent. You have a big windows looking at the sea.

Quite dirty on the outside but it is part of a complex that is quite old with several flats under renovation. The flat we booked was one renovated. I guess you pay what you get. The sofas and arm chairs are quite dirty. The aircondition in the living room was quite dirty The drainage of the batchtab was blocked and we had to remove it to let the water go.
