The location was great

The entrance door it is very difficult to open. It had sagged and was dragging on the floor. The kitchen sink could not be turned off and was dripping constantly. The apartment needs lighting repairs.

First and foremost, communication has been amazing - super fast responses, extremely quick in sorting out requests and very easy to understand indications. The location was really really nice as well, w e were really close to the harbor and promenade - parking was pretty easy all day long and was just across the apartment. The apartment itself was just like in the pictures.

Would have probably loved to be a bit bigger (we were 4 adults and 2 little kids), but also this was not advertised as a big apartment. In the same time, door was a bit hard to open and hot water fluctuated, but these were small inconveniences in comparison with all the other things.

After reading reviews before we went, I could not believe that the front door still gives trouble when you want to open it, and the bathroom door handle falls off the moment you touch it. There were many complaints about this on the reviews, but it is still not fixed. The apartment needs a good clean. The walls are dirty, and the apartment overall just does not feel clean. We were only two people, but I must say, it is very small for 4 adults. The double bed is not on the view facing room We checked out one night earlier than what we paid for
