Laertis Apartments -By NOMA STAYS Cyprus

It was new Clean there were extra towels hairdryer Soap and shampoo and conditioner Ground floor Hot water Good ac I would have liked a microwave instead of an air fryer

The bed and mattress is new But the style if bed frame squeaks FYI It’s a 10 minute walk up from the harbor

Location was easily reached by airport bus #612 , which dropped us off about 100 yards from the apartment. Kings Mall was 5 minutes away, and the main tourist area ( bar street ) was a short 7 minute walk away.

The pool was smaller than anticipated, but clean and fairly quiet

Klasse Ausgangslage für alle Unternehmungen....Höhlenabschnitt gegenüber..Alte und Neue Welt... Gerne wieder.

Leider rauchen Gäste trotz Rauchverboten...

The location was very good and convenient. The apartment is spacious, bright and comfortable. Having Netflix available on the TV was also a nice plus after a long day exploring the area.

During our 4-night stay, the apartment was not cleaned even once. Some basic cleaning service during the stay would have been appreciated. The apartment is also not suitable if you plan to cook to save money on eating out. There is no proper kitchen, no microwave, and no plates. Only a small minibar fridge, a kettle, glasses and two sets of cutlery are provided. The building’s swimming pool was quite dirty inside, which made it unusable, and there is no proper lounging area with sunbeds around the pool. Check-out is at 11:00 and there is no place to store luggage afterwards, which forces guests to pay for external luggage storage services. Offering a simple luggage storage option would greatly improve the guest experience. A small welcome gesture such as fruit, water or chocolates would also make the stay feel more welcoming.
