Niki Court Holiday Apartments

Niki Court Holiday Apartments is a wonderful place to stay in Paphos. The location is absolutely amazing near the Old Town, sea, shops. The garden around the apartments is beautiful, full of flowers, and it’s lovely to enjoy in it. The apartment itself was very spacious, cozy, and had everything we need. The owner is friendly, calm, and always ready to help for everything you might need during your visit.

The host was friendly and he really helped me a lot when I had questions about the appliances. Beautiful place as well, it gives a home feeling. Plus an amazing garden view. Overall best no complains

We really enjoyed our vacation: convenient location, there's a shopping center nearby, a bakery, pharmacies, a bus stop, a hospitable owner, a beautiful garden, a resident cat (who will come to you every evening for a treat), good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, very clean (this is probably the most important thing for me). The furnishings seemed pretty basic on the photos, but in reality, everything is very comfortable, functional, and authentic.

The only thing that slightly spoiled the impression was a neighbor who smoked on the balcony every 10 minutes (honestly). And it seemed like he was smoking on his own balcony, but in fact, the balcony is shared and all the smoke was everywhere, and it was not very pleasant. But smoking seems to be a big problem in Cyprus: everyone smokes everywhere and a lot (on the beaches, in restaurants, on the streets).

No option for breakfast as self service apartments

Unfortunately the bed mattresses were brand new but totally unusable due to being harder than the floor to lie on. Had to personally purchase 2 mattress toppers plus add a doona to soften the unusable bed.
