Lokalizacja świetna, okolica bardzo ładna, pełno zieleni i blisko do przystanku autobusowego i głównych atrakcji. Działająca klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, łóżka wygodne, w salonie telewizor i aneks kuchenny z dość dobrym wyposażeniem. Kontakt z właścicielami bardzo dobry, nie mieliśmy problemów przy zameldowaniu. Pralka w łazience była dużym atutem, też dostaliśmy kilka kapsułek do prania. Dostaliśmy miły prezent powitalny.

Niestety podczas naszego pobytu trwała budowa hotelu zaraz obok (którą było widać/słychać z naszego okna). Prace trwały od rana (około 8mej) do późnego popołudnia, nie dało się otworzyć okna/spędzić czasu na balkonie - taki był hałas. W weekendy też trwała budowa. Niestety nie wiedzieliśmy o tym podczas robienia rezerwacji. :( Bardzo nam to popsuło pobyt. Oprócz tego niestety nie było wystarczająco sprzątnięte w apartamencie (m.in. włosy na kanapie), zapychający się brodzik prysznicowy, pojawiały się karaluchy i mrówki.

Good communication , well equipped, no trouble parking on site. very quiet. Host was grateful for our feedback so future guests should be very happy too.

Instructions for washing machine in English would have helped, also to empty air con water bottle.

Good location, clean apartment, well appointed. Easy to contact as Martinos set up a whatsapp group for easy communications.

The location was very good and very close to the beach and the apartment was in a quiet area which was nice for relaxing. The TV was new and features all necessary streaming services we wanted. The apartment had a modern feel that was nice and the balcony was also nice to relax on. It was also quite spacious and featured plenty of space for me and my partner to relax. The owner was quick to respond to issues and helped wherever possible in a friendly and proffered manner.

It lacked cleanliness as we found used underwear in our wardrobe indicating the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The drain in the shower was blocked when we arrived and caused the apartment to flood almost every night and then after the first plumber came it became re blocked again which resulted in visits from a cleaner and another plumber. There was also a bad smell sometimes that was coming from the kitchen drain.
