About this house rental
Lots of updates. Fresh paint inside, new back deck/furniture. All Smart TVs are new. Updated with new tile flooring, carpet, kitchen renovation including new appliances and new bath vanities. Everything you need!
Palmetto Vacations is the perfect place to enjoy the many unique amenities of Hilton Head Island, all within the comfort and serenity of our perfectly located beach retreat. As the owners of this wonderful home, we are committed to providing families with an unforgettable vacation experience.
Located within the private Palmetto Dunes Resort, this third-row beach home comfortably sleeps 10, with a spacious pool. And best of all -- a beach path leading right out of the backyard just steps from the ocean, without ever crossing a street! Perfect for families and large groups, special occasions or 'just because' getaways. We hope you'll share the experience with us as we build new memories into the history of this wonderful home away from home.
Our home has a spacious, open concept living area with vaulted 2 story ceilings, complete with a comfy wrap-around couch to fit even the largest families while viewing our 55'' flat screen Smart TV on family movie night.
Cook a delicious family meal in our newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy it together in our dining room or move outside to the screened-in porch or deck overlooking the large pool area on a beautiful South Carolina evening.
On the first floor, you'll also find a comfortable bedroom with twin beds for the kids and access to a full bath. This unique bath can also be entered from the main living area and screened in porch. Across the hall is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bath. All of the bedrooms have flat screen Smart TVs.
Stepping outside, enjoy our elevated deck with a view of the private and spacious backyard area with a large, piano shaped pool. The pool deck is equipped with plentiful patio furniture to enjoy comfortable days in the sun.
Moving back inside, walk up the open staircase to two bedrooms with king size beds, en suite full baths and 32' flat screen Smart TVs with beautiful views overlooking the pool and backyard.
For beach lovers and families alike, the highlight of the property is the direct, backyard access to a semi-private beach path. Just a minutes' walk and you have arrived to the beautiful beach without ever crossing a street! Take advantage of the 100 yard walk to the beach to witness the picturesque Hilton Head sunrises and sunsets. When you return, rinse off at the outdoor shower and take a dip in the pool.
Take a short walk down the beach to the newly renovated The Dunes House beachfront restaurant and bar to enjoy a drink, a meal and some live music. Ride bikes on the beach or take a trip to the General Store to enjoy some soft serve ice cream. Need a break from the sun? Enjoy your beach read on the covered front porch complete with porch rockers.

House was clean and comfortable. Nice inside and outdoor decks short walk to a wide walkable beach. Close to many restaurants and shops. And a family of deer stopped by daily to say hi. Pam and Greg were very responsive overall a very nice house in a great area

Clean house, well kept. We cooked a lot. Kitchen equipment was wonderful. Beds all comfortable. Enjoyed the beach. We did not use pool. It was beautiful. But weather did not cooperate. Location of this home is fabulous.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and at the pool. Access to the beach was also very easy with the path right next to the property. The owners were very responsive and made check-in very easy.
