About this house rental

Welcome to 34 Sea Lane - brand new to the rental program! This five bedroom, three and half bathroom home is located within walking distance to the beach in Palmetto Dunes and can sleep up to ten guests. It is located on the 11-mile lagoon system within Palmetto Dunes and even has a small fishing dock just outside.

• Bedroom 1: King (Master, 55" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 2: King (55" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 3: King (55" Flat Screen TV, Shared Bath with Twin/Twin Bedroom)

• Bedroom 4: Two XL Twins (55" Flat Screen TV, Shared Bath with Bedroom #3)

• Bedroom 5: Queen ( 32" Flat Screen TV) **Please note there is not a private bathroom. Those sleeping in this bedroom will need to share with another bedroom.

**Additional Info**

• Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach Access Path. Additionally there is The Dunes Buggy - which is a seasonal complimentary on call shuttle that typically runs February through Labor Day and will take you to the beach.

• Pool/Spa Info: Approximately 30 feet long with an average width of 20 feet (freeform pool). The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to five cars max at 34 Sea Lane. Car passes are an additional fee. They start at $35/pass and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of passes you request. The garage is not available for guest use.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, clean, beautiful, everything. However through no fault of homeowner or management company someone cut into fiber line Sunday night and as result without wi-fi, internet and tv until final day. Slightly inconvenient. This was spectrum. Absolutely no modems on hand and failed send tech out until last day, outside of that issue, place was great and would definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful, spacious and the perfect place to make family memories! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. The dock area at the lagoon was gorgeous in the mornings. The pool was large enough to accommodate our whole family. We had the spa heated for the week and it was definitely worth it at night! Would highly recommend this home and plan to return!
