HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. This spectacular Hilton Head Island home is located on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes. 18 steps lead up to the entry of this fabulous home. Vaulted ceilings and large windows, make this home one of the most inviting you will find on the island. Enter to the spacious living room with three sofas, decorative fireplace, and smart TV. Just off this room is a kitchen that features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating for 5 at the island bar. The dining room is to the right of the kitchen, and is furnished with a beautiful table for ten. Sliding glass doors from this room and the adjacent living room lead to a private pool area complete with spa, grill, room for outdoor dining and lounging with beautiful golf course views.
To the left of the entry is the first bedroom with twin beds and a smart TV. This bedroom will use the hall bath with a walk in shower. Just to the left of this room is the Master bedroom featuring a king bed, two side chairs, flat screen TV, French doors that lead to the patio and a private bath with standing shower and Jacuzzi tub. Across the home is the third bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and private bath with a standing shower.
On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, a den, and a small office nook. The first bedroom features a king bed, smart TV and private bath with standing shower. Through this room is a den with sleeper sofa, and smart TV. This room does have a door. The second bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, small balcony with chair and a private bath with standing shower and Jacuzzi tub. This beach home is the spot for those looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat.
**Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.
*Pool heat available for additional fee. Spa jets don't work, so this is more like a hot tub. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

We were here for two weeks. Location was fairly close to the beach. It was a 10 minute walk. The house was spacious. Plenty of room. A few suggestions though. The master bedroom French door from the hallway had no latch locking it into the door frame. Thus the door could not be locked. The tiles in the kitchen/living area have some damage. They need to be replaced. The stove knobs need to be fixed. One wouldn’t stay on and another wouldn’t work at all. The front middle burner gave off a gas smell too. The treads on the steps down to the pool need to be replaced. Other issues brought up by others still exist too.
All in all, we enjoyed our time and would like to rent this house again.

Beautiful home with plenty of room! Great location! Easy walk to the beach! Our only suggestions are a larger living room TV and updated TV's in the bedrooms so guests can log into their personal accounts to watch Netflix etc. and a stronger WiFi signal. We had issues with the WiFi signal by the pool, on the front porch, and upstairs. The WiFi speed was slow as well. WiFi is super important with our entire group.
Otherwise a great experience!

Our family had such a wonderful time even with the pandemic. The house was so beautiful and we needed every inch for our big family. So close to the beach even the little ones could walk. The outdoor space was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!🙂

We have a great time at 9 Sea Lane. The home was great, rooms are spacious, pool is nice, and the ocean was a short 5 minute walk away. We have been coming to the is.and for over 20 years and this might have been the best house we’ve stayed at.
