Welcome to your ideal Hilton Head Island retreat. This beautifully updated fourth-row home, professionally redesigned by an interior designer in 2023, combines coastal style, comfort, and an unbeatable location. Offering four bedrooms and four fully renovated bathrooms, the home is just a short 1–2 minute walk to the beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the island’s renowned shoreline.

The pool area sits alongside the scenic 11-mile lagoon system and is framed by palm trees, creating a peaceful backdrop for relaxation. Guests can unwind on the lounge chairs or enjoy casual outdoor meals at the round dining table. The expansive deck overlooks both the pool and lagoon, offering seating for ten and a Weber propane grill, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
Inside, the home welcomes you with high ceilings and an elegant staircase. The layout offers a more traditional design, with the living room set apart from the kitchen and formal dining area, creating distinct spaces for entertaining and unwinding. The formal dining room, located just off the kitchen, comfortably seats eight and is complemented by bar seating for three.

The house was in a great location and the interior was well maintained. The pool was nice but the outdoor furniture was in poor condition and some pieces were broken. There also was some “junk” laying around the pool such as broken skimmers, toys and completely burned candles.The kitchen needed some additional equipment.

Nice home and set up for extended family beach week. Bedrooms with on suite baths was a good set up for our extended family beach week. Easy walk to the beach. Private pool was a bonus. Well maintained house.

Overall great stay! WiFi is terrrble and not having a TV in every room was a small drawback however you go to HHI for the beach and you can beat this location!

Second time coming to this particular house. We love this area and the acess to the bench. We have several littles and it makes getting to the beach easy.
Unfortunately, as our grankids get bigger we are going to have to find a larger house with better sleeping quarters.
