This lagoon front Hilton Head Island home is located directly across the street from the beach access point and sits on one of the largest lots in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.
The back deck is the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and lagoon views, with plenty of space for grilling, lounging, and entertaining. A screened-in porch off the back of the home offers additional seating for conversations or al fresco dining with family, and a perfect spot to watch kids play in the heatable pool. The yard features both sunny and shaded areas, ideal for relaxation or family gatherings, with a private dock on the lagoon.
The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious center island, perfect for meal prep or hosting friends. Ample cabinetry provides plenty of storage, and a large pantry adds extra convenience.
