Great location for Keswick town centre, fabulous spacious apartment with well thought out facilities.

Fab location literally minutes from town centre, great parking space, lovely comfy bed, thick fluffy towels, so much attention to detail and great communication regarding check in and checkout would highly recommend.

Loved this place. Great location- just look at a map. The host was excellent, and offered a very good video to help out finding,parking and getting into the place. The apartment was excellent. Clean well furnished, yet really homely. Lots of thought gone into this, highlights in the corridor, the wall art etc. Will be coming back again.

Lock box and door code available and hosts were at the end of the phone when we had an issue with keys and they gave us a spare set.

An aerial for the television as at times it struggled with terrestrial channels but having Netflix was a bonus.

Fantastic location with parking. Enjoyable 5 night stay.

The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to the town centre. Private parking for about 20 cars is at the back of the dead-end street right next to Carlton2 and the Methodist Church. We saw the parking was monitored. Adrian provides one parking sticker to be displayed on the dashboard. The apartment was on the first floor with a great view of fells from the front window. It was clean with a light aspect from most windows. The kitchen is modern with Miele appliances, plenty of dinnerware, glasses etc, and a knife block. Full-size fridge. Pleasant surprise to find a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. We appreciated the generous amount of dishwasher tabs and washing machine pods. Booths and Co-Op Supermarkets are at the end of the pedestrian area in Main Street. Adrian the owner was helpful and thoughtful. He sent us a text to say the apartment was ready so we could arrive 2 hours earlier.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was also in an excellent location. The comprehensive information provided enabled us to immediately get on with enjoying our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient and prime location in the breathtaking Lake District.

Amazing location, just a block from downtown. Parking! The apartment was clean, and very updated and had everything we needed. Laundry was a huge plus. Slept 5 easily by using the sofa bed. Beautiful view from the living room. Super quiet. Easy to find and access; owners were very helpful and instructions very clear. Leaving all the appliance instructions in the house welcome book was so smart, because the laundry machine was not intuitive. This is a GREAT home base in the Lake District.

Fabulous location for a girls weekend!

Incredible location - was a little noisy on the Friday evening with crowds heading home from the town but can’t be helped Immaculate- clean bedding and towels , bathroom spotless, kitchen perfect Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher and washing machine Gorgeous views Lounge with huge tv and Netflix , google music player We will be back!

Excellent location just off Keswick high st. Spacious living room with large TV. Kitchen had all the appliances with plenty cups for brews 👍. Bathroom was big with really good walk in shower. Bedrooms are a good size with super comfy beds. Spot on place
