The proprietor, Maria, was warm, friendly and welcoming. She was all smiles and joy when she checked us in late at night and when she served breakfast early in the morning. The hotel itself is charming and in a quaint town. The room we had was large and spacious and clean.
The walls were a little thin, we could hear the people next door. But it didn't disturb our sleep.

Great location, close to the highway. Old-fashioned, beautiful hotel. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and always at your service. The breakfast is excellent and very varied. Definitely recommended for a short stay in Carinthia or for a break on the way to Germany or France. Gmünd is also a beautiful town. In any case, highly recommended.
