106 Sea Oaks is an oceanfront condo located half a mile north of the Garden City Beach Pier. The 33-unit raised condominium building offers an oceanfront pool (45 x 30, with a depth of 5 feet), a gazebo, and a large deck with seating that sits on the beach. The building features an elevator and ample parking.
106 Sea Oaks is on the first floor and offers stunning views of Garden City’s beautiful beach. To the south is the Garden City pier, and to the north, in the distance, is Surfside with only the beach in between.
In the mornings, watch the sunrise; during the day, observe the tide coming and going; and enjoy all the activities a beach can offer. All of this from the comfort of an oceanfront deck.
The interior beach decor is as warm and inviting as the beach and ocean view outside the patio door. The living room offers ocean views, ceramic tile flooring, plenty of seating, cable TV, and opens onto the deck.
The oceanfront master bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet space, a dresser, vinyl plank flooring, and a private bathroom with a shower. Open the window at night and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed with two twin beds on the bottom and a full-size bed on top, along with closet space, a dresser, and vinyl plank flooring. Both bedrooms have cable televisions. Additional sleeping options include the sofa, which folds out into a full-size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, cups, and silverware are also provided. Outside the kitchen, a table with chairs is available for meals. A stacked washer and dryer is available in the condo.

Have stayed here many times and always have a wonderful vacation. We love the location in Garden City and the beach right out the door. I would highly recommend this to anybody. It’s a very relaxing stay.

This was wonderful! We knew the Garden City location well so we were pleased to find a nice, clean oceanfront condo! The owner was very organized and communicative! We hope to stay again someday!

Entire stay was pleasant. Location on the beach was spectacular, Condo was just the right size for the two of us and very clean.

We had a fabulous time. We went on a dolphin cruise, ate dinner at JPeters in the Marsh, explored with a golf cart and spent hours on the beach and in the pool. Weather was glorious! We vacation here in this area every year. With that being said; the overall cleanliness of the condo would have been embarrassing to the owners. My husband who does not complain, complained! The throw rugs on the floor were filthy and smelled. We made sure we wore shoes in the condo. The blinds and fixtures around the condo had a lot of built up dust. Especially the fan on the ceiling. We turned the fan on and dust spun everywhere. We did not use the fan. We were going to take care of these small but ESSENTIAL cleaning issues , but we were on vacation. I also know after this review the standard response from the owners will be; no one notified us so we could have sent Someone out. Well, this cleaning would have taken days to rectify. I am a nurse and I expect basic cleanliness . If the owners saw this I am positive they would be upset about the money they are spending on a cleaning crew that IS NOT doing their job! The response and communication from the owner was top notch and I am positive beyond a doubt that the cleanliness issue is NOT known by the owner.
