PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions (Streaming Available), Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
