From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

We love Maritime Place. Excellent location and amenities. Have stayed in this complex for many years. A10 has excellent ocean views but needs updating and a deep clean. Dunes staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.

The location was great however the property was not great. The king sized bed was hard as a rock - to the point that we never slept in it after the first night. The queen bed was comfortable enough but there was a broken fake fingernail in between the sheets. So it was not an ideal property as far as cleanliness. I wouldn't stay in this particular property again.
