About this apartment rental
Jill's Beach Retreat is an upgraded ocean front property within walking distance to Garden City Pier with live music, arcades, and restaurants.
This 2BR/2BA space is beautifully updated with new furniture and flooring. Our goal is to make each guest's trip as pleasant and memorable as possible.
Amenities include free WiFi, cable, pool, laundry, off-street parking(1 spot only), keyless entry lock and professionally cleaned! Full linen packages are available to rent through Dunes Realty or bring your own!
The space
We have furnished and decorated the condo to feel like our home away from home. We want our guests to be as comfortable here as we are!

Our guests have access to the pool, large sun deck area, and private boardwalk to the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and dining needs. We always welcome suggestions on anything additional that our guests may need.

Perfect location. Easy access to the beach. The deck provided a nice view of the beach. The condo was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The wash machine and dryer was great. Everything was nice and clean. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. We had a great stay!

Great all-around experience. The condo was clean and fit us perfectly. It is in a great location. The pool and beach access were very nice. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I loved this condo! It was clean, quiet, and in a great location. It was an easy 1:2 mile walk to the Garden City Pier. Our host was very responsive with any questions or needs. We look forward to our next stay here!
