This was a very well maintained rental. I was impressed with how well stocked it was. Made my heart happy to have stainless steel cookware instead of the toxic Teflon most rentals have. The cleaning kit they provide was helpful. Beds were comfortable. Lots of board games for the kids. Everything was very clean and nothing was broken or excessively worn out. The only "complaint" i could make is that parking is rough! The driveway is very narrow as are the parking spots in between the pylons. We had our tundra, and it was a very tight fit. If we'd brought our bigger f250, im pretty sure we wouldn't have been able to make the turns or fit in a space. But aside from that, no complaints about the actual unit and definitely recommend staying here! Quick walk to the beach and short drive to Garden city pier.

Close to the beach. The kitchen has about everything you need. The stand up shower is very small and has no water pressure. The beds were comfortable.The bad part, which the owner has no control over, was the family that lives above. They have three small children with one on the way and there was constant running around in their condo. From morning till late evening, constant running. We probably would have left early if we didn't have business to attend to.
