A marsh-front balcony is attached to the living room, offering a great spot to enjoy the views. Back inside, the beautiful kitchen is appointed with all the essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go. You have everything you need, including two coffee makers to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Additional perks include access to a gas grill, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony.

Needs some blinds repair and window coverings in all rooms….either not working or stained . It would be a big safety help to have black treads on Front steps…they are hard to see being all grey everywhere and slippery in morning from dew or rain. Couch is okay but sits very low and hard to get up from

All communication was done through Vacasa and was prompt. House was clean and as described. Our only need was a TV in the bedrooms. The only TV is in the living room. Great views of the marsh.
