Offering a fully furnished 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom occupied by 2 queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has its own walk-in bathroom with a large, newly modeled overhead shower; the second bathroom is next to the other bedroom in the hall, which is outfitted with a bathtub/shower. Ceiling fans are found throughout the home, and the property comes equipped with a side-by-side washer & dryer combo, as well as a screen-enclosed furnished back porch patio fully outfitted with fans - one of the most delightful features of this property is certainly the mornings and evenings on the porch overlooking the backyard stream. The living room comes with an additional pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a 56-inch flat-screen television placed atop an electric fireplace - perfect for a cozy night in or a gathering of friends. Dog friendly under 25 lbs.
The kitchen is arranged in an open layout with a large bar countertop island overlooking the living room, providing ample prep space for cooking and an easy environment to entertain your guests. The kitchen comes complete with everything needed to support your visit and is outfitted with a newly refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven. Your daily needs are met with many household necessities, such as a 12-cup coffee pot, a toaster, and an assortment of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans for any cooking or baking needs.
The dining room joins in with the south side of the living room next to the screened-in back patio
and comfortably seats four, with additional seating available at the kitchen island countertop.

permitted in designated areas on the property, as well as surf fishing on the beach with a

This was a nice house very clean , A/C worked great ,water pressure was really nice ,has everything you need was perfect for the 3 of us ,really liked the screen back porch but it could use some tlc along with the yard .liked the car port also able to keep the car from the sun .Really liked staying in this community it’s very quiet
