Hickory Grove Pool: A large outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, refurbished in 2011.
Oasis Pool: An indoor pool area featuring a kiddie pool, ideal for year-round swimming.
Fitness Center: Equipped with treadmills, a recumbent bike, an elliptical machine, free weights, and more. A nominal fee is charged for access.
Recreational Facilities:
Playground: Designed for children under 12.

My husband and I recently stayed at Oceanside Villages. The check in process was easy. The house was in a great location and was very clean and had everything and more that we needed for our one week stay. Unexpected items like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, crème rinse, and body wash were provided. The utensils and cookware were in great shape and everything we needed was provided. There was a slight plumbing problem, but they were on it very quickly and it was resolved with no inconvenience to us. They even refunded 100 for any inconvenience the issue caused us. We did not expect a refund which shows the level of commitment to their renters. I would certainly rent this property again.

Very nice house with just about everything you need. Many extras were included such as toilet paper, soaps, dishwash & laundry detergent, coffee & creamers. Many rentals dont include these. Bonus was 2 golf carts to get around the community. Beach less than 5 min by cart. We had 2 dogs who also enjoyed their stay.

The location of this property was perfect. The two golf carts was definitely a plus. I was a little unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the outside shower and the cleanliness and appearance of the table outside of the back. The table was filthy, and two of the chairs were pretty much in the wooded area. I also feel the comforter in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It was definitely worn out. The washing machine start button is broken. It has to be messed around with to start. The water on the refrigerator does not work, but the icemaker does. We had no welcome binder with our information in it regarding the home, the Wi-Fi, etc The communication with the host could’ve been better..,Sometimes it took days for a reply after a few sent messages to him.
