About this house rental
NO SMOKING. ALLOWED. We purchased this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Beach Bungalow inside the desirable Oceanside Village 4 years ago. We installed a BRAND-NEW KITCHEN; BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM UPDATED; NEW SIDE DECK ADDED.
We have owned 2015 Bittern (VRBO #7293397) for 7 years (CHECK OUT OUR 5 STAR REVIEWS). 1963 Bittern Drive is four houses away. Check out both houses on VRBO! Multiple house discounts available.
Golf cart included. Extra golf cart available for a fee. This house (1963 Bittern) has 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has 1 queen bed), 2 full bathrooms (both bathrooms renovated). Check out the large screened in porch overlooking the park. All linens are provided. The living room has a sectional couch & a single futon bed. Brand new master bedroom set and new mattress. Well behaved dogs are allowed. Please register with a pet when booking. The nearby dog park, outdoor pool, indoor pool and private beach are just seconds away by walking or with the included golf cart. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CART. Central AC, Wi-Fi & Cable TV included. We are accepting reservations now for 2024 & 2025.

The house was clean and a great place for me and my family. The host was very attentive and would check in occasionally to see how it was going. Would book with them again.

We had such a great stay we didn’t want to leave! Very comfortable Beach House. Great Location! Will be staying here again! We Love Oceanside Village!!!
