About this house rental
Pet friendly beach cottage a short 2 block walk from the ocean. Three bedrooms and 1 bath that comfortably sleeps 6. Recently renovated with granite countertops, new floors, and fresh paint everywhere. Large lot with plenty of room to play and run your dogs. It has a large screened front porch to sit to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the ocean. There are 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided.
Walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, dog park, public tennis courts and playground.
We are dog friendly with a $75 pet fee.

This cottage was perfect for us! Great location, we sat on the front porch for all our meals and walked to the beach; using their chairs! The house has everything you could ever need and we plan to come back! The owner was super nice too!

Lovely property. Excellent location. We and our pups thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach and restaurants, oh, and the dog park! Great value. We'll be back!

Great little house just minutes away from the beach! Perfect for a cozy stay with the fur babies. The screened in front porch is amazing and so relaxing. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet in the mornings and so many friendly neighbors. The house was so clean and we just felt instantly at home.
