About this house rental
Your family will love this comfortable and inviting beach getaway! Oceanside Villa is a gated community that provides a safe and secure environment for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation! Our spacious villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps up to 8 with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds with trundle in the kids room. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen, and a separate dining room.
Just a few steps from your front door is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Around the corner is the indoor pool for those who prefer some time out of the sun. Nearby is our community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park. Check Oceanside Villas calendar for list of the many activities and events - ice cream social - water aerobics - golf cart parade etc Enjoy golf? Tupelo Bay Golf course is just across the highway.
When it's time for sun and sand , you are just a 2 minute golf cart ride away. ( golf cart included ) You will appreciate our private parking just feet from the wide sandy beach. The famous beachfront Conch Café is nearby.
After a fun filled day in the sun, come home to relax on your large covered front porch. Maybe hamburgers on the convenient grill for supper? or have a pizza delivered right to the porch? Walk across street for a late night swim or enjoy the hot tub for a great way to end your day.

This was our 4th stay at this property and it never disappoints! Location is convenient to pool and dog park. House is cozy, clean and has everything needed. We love sitting on the front porch with our two small dogs and the gate keeps them right there with us. The included golf cart makes getting to the beach so quick and easy. Can’t wait until next year!

Property was homey, roomy and conveniently located. It had everything we needed and the front porch with gate was nice to sit on during rainy days. Our small dog loved it too. We had no issues with check-in and no problems to report. Spent time at the pool and the ocean and met some really nice people. We'll be back. Thank you!

Enjoyed visiting with our family I’m Myrtle Beach.Great location which is why we chose it again. Well equipped kitchen.Needs attention to detail cleaning and surface paint.Neighbors walk through the yard right next to bedroom windows had to keep blinds closed.The owner Carl was very responsive to my questions.
