Very convenient place, easy to find, excellent comunication with the host. Good location after visiting central crowded Venice, enjoying peaceful evenings in local restaurants with friends. Quiet neighbourhood, good restaurants, grocery shops and the beach very near. The appartment is small, but cosy and it has everything you need for your staying in Venice. What was really good - it is on the ground floor and there wasn't hot even when the weather outside was 30 degrees C - wasn't need for conditioner at all.

location is 15 minutes from water bus station
not easy to find
will require a taxi to find
I think WiFI will be mandatory, frequently run out data
need a kettle to boil water
Need plastic bag for dustbin
should have toiletries, more tower for 7 days stay rather than single tower
