De centrale ligging, dichtbij het centrum en toch redelijk rustig, voldoende ruimte, goede wifi en wasmachine
Staat van onderhoud (zoals slecht hang- en sluitwerk en piepend bed) gedateerd, vieze lucht in badkamer, soms geen water(druk) en elektriciteit

L’appartamento era pulitissimo e aveva tutto l’essenziale. Il proprietario e’ stato gentilissimo dal primo momento. Anche la location era ottima, vicina ai maggiori punti di interesse.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi Ortigia. Appartamento grande con tutti i comfort. L’host super disponibile per ogni domanda.
Peccato che la zona giorno pranzo-cucina non è climatizzata.

Lit confortable, climatisation.
Nous avons oublié de préciser nos attentes concernant les matelas que nous voulions utiliser (lits séparés pour les enfants est un critères de recherche pour nous). L’hôte ne nous a pas demandé non plus à l’avance et une fois sur place il nous a dit ne pas pouvoir nous aider (il n’y avait que les draps pour le lit double pour les enfants, pas de draps pour le lit simple mentionné dans l’annonce, qui mentionne aussi fournir le linge de lit).
