L’appartement est grand, confortable et très bien équipé. Vous êtes comme à la maison. Les 2 terrasses sont appréciables, belle vue sur Syracuse, c’est au dernier étage. On peut se rendre facilement dans le centre en marchant 20 minutes environ.
Fabio est un hôte sympathique.
Nous avons dû tourner un peu dans le quartier pour trouver un stationnement gratuit.

Ein wirklich tolles Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Die Altstadt Ortigia und auch die Neapolis sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Besonders schön ist natürlich der Rundumblick von der Dachterrasse. Auch der Balkon von der Küche aus ist sehr praktisch. Wenn es auf der Terrasse sonnig ist, hat man Schatten am Balkon und umgekehrt.
Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht.
Das Bett ist bequem, die Matratze auf der harten Seite, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.
Kaffee haben wir im Apartment keinen gemacht, da bietet sich die Bar 20 Schritte vom Hauseingang entfernt wirklich sehr an. Wenn man dann noch mal in die Wohnung geht und nicht den Aufzug nimmt, hat man das tägliche Workout auch gleich erledigt.
Fabio war sehr hilfsbereit und auch sofort erreichbar.
Das Haus hat doch ein paar Baumängel und würde etwas Sanierung vertragen. Das merkt man auch im Apartment an manchen Ecken. Dadurch kommt aber auch sicherlich das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zustande. In dem Fall ein Nachteil mit Vorteil. 😄
