Avevamo segnalato il problema al proprietario, che aveva assicurato l’installazione di trappole specifiche, ma purtroppo non sono mai state posizionate. Durante la notte risultava difficile riposare: le luci condominiali di scale e pianerottolo esterno si accendevano frequentemente causando disturbo, e le tende oscuranti erano inadeguate. Due finestre avevano tende poco efficaci e quella sopra il divano letto ne era del tutto priva. Un ulteriore disagio è stato rappresentato dai motori dei condizionatori degli altri appartamenti, collocati proprio sopra le finestre: tra rumore e aria calda risultava impossibile aprirle. Infine, il divano letto e i cuscini di tutte le stanze si sono rivelati molto scomodi.

l’appartement est très bien agencé, très beau, moderne et très bien situé. La personne a été très réactive.
difficulté pour garer la voiture. les fenêtres de l'appartement donnent dans une coursive dans laquelle il y a 7 blocs de climatisation==> bruyant. De plus l'appartement n'est pas isolé phoniquement

There may have been mold on the wall (I would check) only 1 half toilet paper roll.
