Gute Ausstattung, auch der Küche. Zentrale Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Ortigia.
Brand new, wie im Titel steht, ist es allerdings nicht mehr. Recht dunkel, da nur Fenster zum Innenhof. Bad kann nicht gelüftet werden und daher etwas feucht.

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage gut.
Der Name Brand New stimmt nicht mehr, aber ok. Die Fenster gingen nur in einen Innenhof, etwas dunkel. In der Ausstattung steht Balkon, der leider keiner war sondern nur eine Terrassentüre mit Geländer, das fanden wir sehr schade.

nothing to bother us... maybe just the entrance door to the building, but it's not the host's fault 😀

Me gustó la ubicación y la facilidad de acceder al alojamiento. Fácil aparcamiento en la calle.
El piso no estaba limpio, había pelos en el suelo, pelusas de polvo en los utensilios de la cocina. Las ollas de la cocina estaban pegajosas y con mugre. Poca luz y mucha humedad en el piso.
