The location was very convenient. It was a good price for the location, very clean.

The elevators were very slow.

The room is very clean and the location is amazing, walking distance to Time Square, other attractions and subway stations. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The facility is super old and not well maintained. Multiple power outlets do not work. The AC is very old and noisy, and does not seem to actually control the temperature. There's no water kettle or coffee maker. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were almost all gone when I arrived. The hairdryer did not work (got a replacement from the staff). The fridge had a problem once and became an oven that toasted my yogurt...

The location and the cleanliness

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of pretty much everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

As soon as we got to the room we began noticing some things were broken, like the bathroom door handle and the phone. When I grabbed the handle to the bathroom it slid right off. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone was not working. We went down to the front desk to let them know and they sent someone to fix it right away. The beds and pillows are super uncomfortable. The pillows were so thin and hard, I tossed and turned all night and woke up with a stiff neck. The AC unit would turn on and off all night not keeping the room a steady temperature, so I would wake every now and then hot or cold. The only ice machine is down by the lobby, so having to go from the 11th floor all the way down and then back is a huge inconvenience.
