Ubicación inmejorable. Era amplio (muy cómodo con mi pareja y 2 niñas). Bien insonorizado y con persianas que lo oscurecían perfecto. Aunque hacía calor en Potes, nos dejaron 2 ventiladores y al llegar abriendo 2-3 ventanas refrescaba en seguida.
Para mí todo correcto. Había leído lo de ausencia de ascensor (para nosotros 1 tramo de escaleras perfectamente salvable y el sofá incómodo (casi ni lo usamos).
